Hi, my name is Nichelle Clark and I am an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), CBS (Certified Breastfeeding Specialist), and Postpartum Doula. I came to fall in love with lactation after the birth of my son, my SonShine. After years of trying and 2 losses, my husband and I would finally conceive our Rainbow Baby. As a first generation breastfeeder, breastfeeding was all new to me. I decided before he was born, at 4 months pregnant, that I was going to exclusively pump. And so I did. In 2021, I would give birth to our second Rainbow and spawn another breastfeeding journey.
During this time, I began to research everything breastfeeding and all things pumping. I obtained my Certified Breastfeeding Specialist certification in 2018 and my IBCLC certification in 2020.
I am a community lactivist, working with organizations like #757Breastfeeds, the Virginia Breastfeeding Coalition, USLCA (United States Lactation Consultant Association), and Black Breastfeeding 365.
I am here to help you navigate and avoid some of the breastfeeding/chestfeeding pitfalls or overcome them should they arise. By listening to your concerns and collaborating with you, I can help you meet or exceed your personal breastfeeding goals. Because every family is different, I offer judgement free guidance, advice, and assessment on the best attainable way to meet your family’s specific needs. Contact me to discuss how I can help serve you and your family.

Kaitlin is a mother to two children Hailey (4) and Logan (2). Her husband is in the Navy, and they are originally from New Hampshire. Kaitlin is a Certified Personal Trainer, TRX certified and has many years of group coaching and personal training with both adults and children. Her passion for working with prenatal and postnatal women began when she was pregnant with her first, and now here she is, living out her dream! Her love for health and fitness started when she was in high school; being active at the gym and playing volleyball. Her goal is to motivate and inspire other mothers to live a healthy lifestyle, and show our young children how to do the same.
She found Stroller Strides at a few weeks postpartum with my her first baby while living in military housing. She leaned hard on her village with Stroller Strides the first year of her daughter's life while her husband was deployed. She was able to have amazing workouts while developing such amazing friendships for herself and her children. When she moved here to Virginia she finally found her Village, and inquired about becoming an instructor. As a mom of 2, she knows how important it is we take the time for ourselves and believes with Fit4mom we are given that opportunity and so much more. "I am so honored and excited to share my love and passion for fitness with our community",

After graduating from The Institute of Massage Therapies in 2013, I embarked on the journey of self-discovery and self-healing which led me to becoming an Advanced Restorative Reiki Practitioner in 2016. Ever since, I have been integrating therapeutic massage with reiki, allowing me to provide all-encompassing mind-body-spirit healing experiences. I strive to provide you with an effective therapeutic massage that addresses any postural distortions or biochemical dysfunctions through neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, and energy work. I take tremendous pride in creating a safe space for ANY and EVERYBODY to heal. My core goal as a practitioner is to work with clients, not on them. I feel it’s important that everyone understands informed consent. I encourage everyone to be engaged with their body and empowered in their healing. My mission is to continue to share the power of touch and to educate the importance of self-care. In the end, we are all one. We must take care of one another and I am so grateful that my role is: Massage Therapist, Healer, and Friend."
"When the body, mind and spirit are in sync, optimal health and wellness is achieved. My intentions are to restore balance and harmony to the body through Massage Therapy and Reiki while empowering you to activate the healer within you!
